25分のリラックスヨガになります。軽くストレッチしたり身体を動かしていきます。睡眠前のヨガとして心と身体を心地よく睡眠モードに変えていければと思います。初心者の方でもも楽しめる内容となっています。坐位、仰向けの姿勢がほとんどです。不安な方はまずはご連絡ください。

This is a 25-minute relaxing yoga session.
We will gently stretch and move the body at a comfortable pace.
As a pre-sleep practice, the session is designed to help ease both your mind and body into a restful, sleep-ready state. 🌙
The class is suitable for beginners, so anyone can join with ease.
Most of the practice will be done in seated and lying-down positions.
