Pomodoro Overview:
Pick a single task to work on. (No multitasking).
Set a timer for 25 minutes — that’s one Pomodoro.
Work until the timer goes off — no checking your phone, no “just quickly” doing something else.
Take a short break (about 5 minutes). Move, stretch, breathe.
