Whether you have no idea where to start or you’ve got an idea you’re working on, let’s meetup for inspiration, fellowship and a focused work session.

*ADHD body doubling means we show up, quietly work alongside each other— no pressure, just shared presence to stay focused.

We will have prompts for you to work from if you don’t have an idea ready.

Pomodoro Overview:

Pick a single task to work on. (No multitasking).
Set a timer for 25 minutes — that’s one Pomodoro.
Work until the timer goes off — no checking your phone, no “just quickly” doing something else.
Take a short break (about 5 minutes). Move, stretch, breathe.
