A therapist-led group focused on understanding the nervous system, emotional regulation, and building safety in everyday life.
Many people walk through life feeling tense, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive without fully understanding why.
You may notice anxiety that doesn’t settle, difficulty relaxing around others, or a sense of disconnection from yourself even when things appear fine on the outside. These reactions are not personal flaws but patterns shaped by stress, trauma, and earlier relational experiences that live in the nervous system.
This therapist-led group offers a supportive space to understand how your nervous system works and to learn practical ways to feel more grounded and safe in your body and in relationships.
The focus is on education, gentle experiential exercises, and discussion rather than pressure to share personal details. The goal is to build awareness, regulation, and self-compassion so daily life feels more manageable and connected.
