This 45-minute class focuses on improving balance, mobility, and coordination through gentle yoga therapy exercises. Particularly suited—but not limited to—individuals living with MS, this class supports stability and movement confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment. Incorporating mindful movement, stretches, and strengthening techniques as well as Pranayama techniques, it’s perfect for anyone looking to enhance daily functionality and overall wellbeing.
