This 30-minute yoga class is perfect for beginners, those seeking extra support, or anyone returning to yoga after a break. Using a chair for stability and ease if you wish, we’ll go through gentle movements as well as Pranayama techniques, all at a comfortable, accessible pace. Whether you're new or refreshing your practice, this class helps you feel confident and reconnected with your body.
