Class Structure:

1. Arrival & Grounding: breath awareness and mantra to settle in
2. Introduction to Yoga: yoga as balance of body, breath, mind and awareness
3. Gentle Hatha Practice: light movement for spine, shoulders and hips
4. Pranayama: diaphragmatic breathing and Nadi Shodhana
5. Guided Meditation: breath, sound or awareness practice
6. Yoga Philosophy: a short reflection on awareness and inner balance
7. Closing: silence, gratitude and a peaceful ending

About the teacher:
Born and grew up in Rishikesh the spiritual home of yoga. Immersed from childhood in the teachings of monks from the Sivananda and Himalayan traditions, he holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga Sciences and Holistic Health. He teaches Pranayama, Mantra Sadhana, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy, not as techniques, but as a living practice.

All you need is a quiet space, comfortable clothing and a device with internet.
