Step into your evening harmony yoga session, where the focus is on both breathwork and reducing stress.

As you settle onto your mat, take a moment to center yourself, letting go of the hustle and bustle of the day.

I will guide you through a series of gentle movements, encouraging you to sync each action with your breath. With each inhale, you lengthen your spine, feeling a sense of expansion and openness. With each exhale, you release tension, allowing your body to soften and relax.

Throughout the session, there's an emphasis on mindfulness, inviting you to stay present and attentive to the sensations in your body. As you flow from one pose to the next, you're encouraged to notice any areas of tightness or discomfort, and to breathe into those spaces with compassion and awareness.

As the class progresses, you explore various breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. You experiment with deep belly breaths, soothing sighs, and gentle ujjayi breaths, finding the rhythm that resonates most deeply with you.
