卓球で軽く汗を流しましょう！
卓球が得意な方もそうでない方も大歓迎です！
スポーツに国境はありません！
「日本語」を使って、日本人、外国人一緒に卓球を楽しみましょう＾＾
休憩したい時はいつでも休憩できますので、体力に自信の無い人でも気軽に参加OKできます＾＾
ラケットはこちらで貸し出すこともできるので、ぜび一緒に運動を楽しみましょう！
こちらのイベントは月1回のペースで行っており、リピーター7割、新規3割ぐらいの割合で毎回参加いただいています。

【日時】
2025年9月21(日) 18:00～21:00
※着替えてから体育室に直接お越しください。
※体育室、更衣室は主催が17:30に受付後、鍵を入手してから開放します。
21時半までに鍵の返却が必要のため、実際の活動は21:00頃までとなります。
※17時半過ぎから受付、入場は可能で18時までは自由に練習可能です。18時過ぎに一度全体集合いたします。

IKE Biz　B2F 体育室
東京都豊島区西池袋2-37-4
（池袋駅西口より徒歩約10分、南口より約7分）

※同じB2Fに更衣室がございます。

【料金】
1000円（ラケット有の方は500円）
※当日実際の参加者が主催者を除き10名以下だった場合、ラケット有の方も1000円とさせていただきます。（通常参加者は20名以上です。）
※おつりが出ないよう準備をお願いいたします。（1万円札、5千円札の支払いは受け付けません。）

【持ち物】
着替え、靴、タオル
※運動靴でなくても構いませんが、当日外で履いてきた靴とは違う綺麗な靴を用意してください。
服装も動きやすい運動着でお越しください。(ジーパンなど、動きにくい格好はご遠慮ください。靴かない場合、運動着でない場合は参加をお断りする場合もございます。)

【参加方法】
参加希望の方は気軽に「参加」ボタンを押してください。

【その他】
・駐車場は１団体１つの利用となっているため、当施設の駐車場は使用できません。
・活動中の怪我などは主催者側は責任は取りません。各自しっかり準備体操をしてご参加ください。
・体育室にあるボルダリングも利用可能です。利用の前には主催者に声をかけてください。
・卓球台の設置、片付けにご協力お願いします。
・体育室の壁を使って壁打ちをするなどの行為は周りに迷惑になるので、しないでください。
・初対面の方、初心者の方にむやみに強打して打ち込みするような行為はしないでください。（他の参加者からクレームがあった場合は次回以降の参加を禁止します。）
・宗教・政治・ネットワークビジネス・不動産投資・個人主催のイベント、外国人向けのビジネスの勧誘を目的とする方の参加は固くお断り致します。
（交流会後にこのような件の勧誘を受けた場合は主催者までお知らせください。該当者の今後の参加を禁じます。）

Feel free to take a break whenever you need—this event is great even for those who aren't confident in their stamina＾＾
Rackets are available to rent, so just come and enjoy the game with us!
This event is held once a month, with about 70% repeat participants and 30% new faces joining each time.

【Date & Time】
September 21, 2025 (Sunday)
18:00–21:00
※ Please come already changed and head straight to the gym.
※ The gym and changing rooms will open once the organizer receives the key at 17:30.
※ Since the key must be returned by 21:30, the activity will end around 21:00.
※ You’re welcome to enter and warm up between 17:30 and 18:00. We’ll officially gather at 18:00.

【Fee】
1,000 yen
(500 yen if you bring your own racket)
※ If the number of participants (excluding the organizer) is 10 or fewer, even those with their own rackets will be charged 1,000 yen. (Usually, we have over 20 participants.)
※ Please bring exact change. (No ¥10,000 or ¥5,000 bills.)

【What to Bring】
Change of clothes
Indoor shoes (clean, not worn outdoors)
Towel
※ Sports shoes are not required, but please bring clean indoor shoes.
※ Wear clothes suitable for movement (no jeans or clothing that restricts movement).
※ If you do not have proper footwear or attire, you may be asked to leave.

【How to Participate】

【Other Information】
Parking is not available, as only one vehicle can park at the venue.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries. Please warm up properly before playing.
The bouldering wall is also available—please ask the organizer before using it.
Please help with setup and cleanup of the tables.
Do not use the gym walls for wall shots as this may disturb others.
Please avoid hitting the ball too hard, especially when playing with beginners or first-timers. (If complaints are received, you may be banned from future participation.)
Solicitation of religion, politics, network marketing, real estate, or personal events targeting foreigners is strictly prohibited.
(If someone approaches you for such purposes after the event, please inform the organizer. They will be banned from future participation.)
