What we’re about

Salsa OnOne was founded in January 2023 by Sara and Curro, two passionate dancers who wanted to share their love of salsa with others. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a vibrant community of people coming together to enjoy dancing.

We teach salsa in the Crossbody On1 style and Cuban Rueda, with a focus on technique, body movement, musicality and confidence. But for us, it’s not just about steps or routines. It’s about the people in the room, the energy we create together, and the joy of dancing with others.

In just a short time, we’ve grown steadily and welcomed students from all walks of life. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who’s danced before, our classes are designed to be welcoming, fun, and full of encouragement. We believe that everyone can dance and that learning salsa should be something that lifts your spirits, not something that stresses you out.

At Salsa OnOne, we value connection, community, and personal growth in every sense. We’re here to help you find your space, enjoy the journey, and feel part of something meaningful both locally and around the world. We can’t wait to dance with you!.

What We Offer:
We host regular Salsa classes for all levels every Monday and Tuesday in Edinburgh, and on Wednesdays in Burntisland (Fife).

Our classes are small and personal, with around 25 students per class. This allows us to give individual attention, correct technique, and even dance with you during the session.

We focus on creating a welcoming and supportive space where you can learn, improve, and connect with other students. Our classes are more than just steps. They help you build confidence, feel part of something, and enjoy dancing in a relaxed and friendly group. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve danced before, you’re always welcome here.

Mondays - Our more experimented dancers groups:
🕕 18:00-19:00: Salsa Improvers (Stage 3)

🕖 19:00-20:00: Salsa Advanced (Stage 5) - Invitation by instructor only.
🕗 20:00-21:00: Salsa Intermediate (Stage 4)
🕘 21:00-23:20: Social Dance - Practice the moves you’ve learned in class!

What you need to know:
👉No prior experience required: Perfect for Salsa Foundations (Stage 1).
👉No partner needed: Come alone or bring a friend, either way, you’ll have a great time!
👉Suitable for all genders and +18: Everyone is welcome!
👉Progressive structure: Each class builds on the previous one to help you improve steadily.
