## 1) Matthias Kentzia (Project A) + Hannes Schwager (kfzteile24): "Teaching an old dog new tricks: Growing a culture of learning at an ageing company"

### Talk info
In order to solve real user problems, you need to incorporate learning into your product development process. This can be tough to do in older companies because there’s already “a way things are done”. In this talk, Matthias and Hannes share their experience of trying to grow a culture of learning in a company that was a little too set in its ways.

### Bios
Matthias:
After 5 years of development, Matthias turned to Product Management to follow his passion for setting up JIRA workflows. Over the course of his career, he’s been involved in various industries - from eCommerce and adTech, to gaming, eLearning, and real estate - which made him appreciate the need to always keep questioning and learning. Now he’s working at Project A Ventures, where he's helping companies upgrade their product development processes by fostering cultures of learning.

Hannes:
Hannes is the Lead Product Manager for the eCommerce platform at Kfzteile24, Germany’s largest online shop for car parts. He was formerly at Deloitte and Air Berlin, where he was able to live out one of his proudest career moments: giving a talk about Progressive Web Apps on the main stage at Google I/O 2016. He’s currently working on building up a strong product culture, focused on learning, to help Kfzteile24 as it goes international.
