Come sit in meditation for 25 minutes before beginning the day! As a long time practionelay practionar of Theravada Buddhism, I come from that perspective. However, your practice is your own! ✨Do what works for you ;) simple guided instructions provided - unless the group is comfortable with silence.
I always invite a little chit chat for anyone interested after - for reflection and to get to know one another.
