Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse and Codependency Group

Hi there! Welcome to our group for Narcissistic Abuse and Codependency Support Ontario, Canada. We hope you’ll find this group a supportive experience by getting to know members and experiencing listening ears and shared understanding of your experience.

This support group is designed for people who are looking for support and coping strategies, thinking about leaving or in the process of leaving or have successfully left. The groups are meant to be smaller and more intimate for those who are not familiar with group sessions.

PLEASE READ

The first step is to attend the FIRST STEP GROUP. You will only need to attend this group once, as we will cover confidentiality, guidelines of participation, and a preliminary discussion around participants current circumstances as a starting point.

The groups are facilitated by registered therapists who specialize in supporting narcissistic abuse survivors. Other groups include specific relationships to a narcissist (e.g. intimate partner, parent etc.).

IMPORTANT STEPS

Link is provided for this session by direct message and in the group message. If you wish to attend follow up groups offered, a one time fee will apply of $20 and thereafter no other charges will apply. Please advise the facilitator if your interest and a payment link will be provided prior to access to follow up groups.
