Here's a quick, but sad reminder, January 9 is International Quitters Day.
It’s the day most people give up on their New Year’s goals.

Why?
January is full of motivation, and very little structure. So when the first excitement has disappeared and work and established routines are back on the schedule, it is hard to stay focused.

That’s why on January 10 (the day after Quitters Day), I’m hosting a free 3-hour live workshop to get you back on track, or not get off it in the first place.

This is a hands-on working guided session with practical tips and reflections — not a passive motivational talk.

We’ll:
• Reflect on what actually happened last year
• Make sure your next mountain is aligned with your bigger picture

• Decide what to focus on - and what to ignore - for the next 90 days
