We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the OOPS Meetup - The London Outage Ops & Incident Response Group. The next OOPS is confirmed for the 9th of November!

We will be hosted by AWS at their office in Holborn, and there will be plenty of food and refreshments throughout the night. We have a great line-up of speakers who will run us through some tips and tricks around keeping calm during major incidents.

How to fail, successfully
Paul will share details on the operational culture here at Amazon and explain how we deal with failures – and perhaps more importantly, how we maximise and apply our learnings from them.
Paul is a senior solutions architect at AWS where his been for the last 4 years, working with a handful of our enterprise customers and helping them migrate to the cloud, and then transform using the cloud. Prior to AWS, Paul worked in a variety of roles including cybersecurity and managed hosting.
