We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the OOPS Meetup - The London Outage Ops & Incident Response Group. The next OOPS is confirmed for the 11th of July!

We will be hosted by Trainline at their office near Chancery Lane tube station, and there will be plenty of food and refreshments throughout the night.

The main topic for the panel will be around Incident Business communication - What does effective incident communication to the rest of the business and senior management look like?

19:00 - Dan Cook - Reliability & Operations Manager & Jamie Buchanan - Senior Site Reliability Engineer from Trainline

Dan and Jamie will be discussing what incidents look like at Trainline, the process and tooling with which these are incidents are handled and what incident data is captured.

They’ll also dig into some analysis of this data to identify whether there is any seasonality to Trainline’s incidents, what impact growth can have on incidents and discuss areas to focus on to improve overall Reliability.

Marilyn is an experienced ITIL-certified Delivery Manager, responding to major incidents for IG Group, a global FinTech.

Patrick Hyland - Domino's Pizza
Patrick is the Head of Engineering at Domino's Pizza UK, overseeing six capability leads: Front End, Back End, UI, DevOps and SRE, Performance Services, and Data Services.

Natalie Godec - Zencore
Natalie is a Systems/DevOps/Platform/Cloud engineer with a passion. Resident GCP expert. She is a Cloud Architect for Zencore which is a Google Cloud consulting company.

Sankalp Bartariya - Trainline
Sankalp is a Platform Reliability Engineer at Trainline. Trainline is a British digital rail and coach technology platform operating across Europe.
