This morning, Janet spoke with Ms. Phyllis Carter-Davis, she is the contact for the Walk. She said that each person needs make sure they fill out the Registration Form (http://culturalconnector.net/Step%20Out%20Registration%20Form.pdf), and fax it to (404) 658-7986, or e-mail to MBOND@ATLANTAGA.GOV ­, or turn it in to the office located at 55 Trinity Avenue SW, Suite 2900, Atlanta, GA by October 31, 2014.

Make sure you circle your T-Shirt size on the form. If you have any additional questions, call Phyllis at 404-330-6770.

Also know that the Free Registration is for TEAM ATLANTA only! You must submit your registration form to be included.
