Penpot: The open source alternative to Figma

1. Penpot, the open source alternative to Figma finally has variants! But only in beta. But Aslan has access to the beta so we'll be messing around with that.
2. What does it mean to contribute to open source as a designer? How does one get involved with open source projects? And what does that mean in Open Austin specifically?
