We have a few project updates to share along and can use your help:
City Scrapers! scraping meeting information from local government websites:
More info at https://www.opencleveland.org/projects/city-scrapers/
Refund Cleveland:

More info at https://github.com/opencleveland/refundcleveland and https://refundcleveland.com
RTA released an API of vehicles' real-time locations! Interested to delve more into the data and using RTA's data to improve service and make it easier for fellow Clevelanders to use the RTA, analyze RTA buses if they arrive on schedule, measure coverage and frequency, or any other ideas with the data?
(see https://github.com/luqmaan/awesome-transit for some ideas).
We'll have space and time to hack on our projects or your own projects if you'd like.
Bring your project ideas and suggestions. Is Open Cleveland for you?
If you have an idea of a project that can help improve a local government?
Want to see what other kind of projects that we work on and would be a good idea? See our project list https://docs.google.com/document/d/13oSUlmVNbhYNYXCnoRbJGdOp9pGnEcoeMPLvsGesKM8/edit

If you're a local govt official or employee, share your experiences with data sharing in your workplace and find out how you can share the data that's available to you and promote open data policies there.
So, come join developers, designers, data geeks, civic leaders, organizers, idea-makers, and anyone else who is interested learning about our brigade, civic technology, and open data.
Programming experience is not necessary!
