Open Coffee Oslo is a friendly, informal networking event for entrepreneurs, professionals, startup enthusiasts, and students. Whether you’re looking for a mentor, investor, client, co-founder, employer, vendor, inspiration, or just a good conversation, this is the place to be.
### How It Works
At each gathering, everyone gets up to 60 seconds to introduce themselves:
- Who they are and what they do
- What they’re looking for
- How they can help others
After about an hour of introductions, the structured part ends, and attendees can continue networking freely with the people they find most interesting.
### Who Should Join?
We welcome business and social entrepreneurs, startup founders, students, and anyone working on something exciting—or eager to get involved in other people’s projects. You can share anything you’re passionate about!

We are excited to welcome you to our first-ever Open Coffee Oslo, generously hosted by Mesh Community, National Theater!
Open Coffee Oslo is a friendly informal networking event for entrepreneurs, professionals, locals, guests, startup community, and students in Oslo.
Your host for our event will be Michael Hadida with support from the Open Coffee Oslo team.

We start at 09:30 AM sharp. Everybody gets up to 60 seconds to present:

- How they can help others
At 10:30 AM we stop hosting and you can talk to people who are most interesting to you.
We are focused on business and social entrepreneurs, the startup community and anyone else who is doing something interesting or wants to get involved in other people's projects. You can talk about any project/topic.
Open Coffee Oslo is an “un-meeting” without a speaker or agenda. We are focused on attendees gaining value from other attendees. The rules, tools, structure and moderation aim to facilitate this goal.What is the BIG idea behind Open Coffee? We want to help people create useful business connections. Everyone is welcome to our meetings, and we especially love first-timers. We want to make sure that if somebody coming from an unsupportive background/country has the courage to join, they will notice that we are glad they came because we welcome them. If you feel shy, you can also just listen but we encourage you to talk.
Each attendee can also get to show their LinkedIn page or website through our channels and showcase their idea.
This event is based on the Open Coffee Krakow format, run by Richard Lucas and others in Krakow, Poland since 2012. If you want to help and get involved in making this gathering a regular part of the Oslo eco-system please let us know here.
