Welcome to all women, men, and people of all genders.

Everyone is welcome, although I only speak Dutch, English and German.

Have you ever experienced that moment where you noticed someone in everyday life — in a café, on the street, or in a public space — and felt the impulse to connect, but hesitated?

Your heart starts beating faster, and somewhere you know what to do.

But then you notice a moment of tension, overthinking, or self-doubt.

“Today is not the day.”
“I can’t leave my friends right now.”
“What will people think of me?”
“This is not socially accepted.”
Or even:
“This person will get angry or react badly.”

This event invites you to start listening to your heart instead of your fear.

I invite you to just show up as yourself and try to leave your ego at home.

We will ground, breath and flow.

From there, we will gently step into real-life situations and practice starting simple, respectful conversations with people we encounter — always optional, always conscious, and always within your own boundaries.

This gathering is not about dating strategies, persuasion, or performance.
There are no pick-up techniques, no manipulation, and no pressure to interact beyond your own boundaries.

Instead, this event focuses on:

• presence in social situations
• awareness of inner responses such as tension or hesitation
• authentic communication without force or expectation
• creating ease in human interaction

The space is held with care, respect, and consent. Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.

Open Conscious Antwerp exists to offer a calm and conscious environment where people can explore social confidence and connection in a grounded way.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

My name is Niek, and I have over nine years of experience in the field of self-development.

I have explored both the darker, ego-driven sides of this work, as well as the grounded, genuine, and healing aspects.
That’s the approach I work from.
