About us

Open Ecosystem Collective

A quarterly meetup for the cloud-native ecosystem in DACH, built for the people who are actually in it. The ones writing the code, running the projects, closing the deals, organising the communities, and everyone curious about how all of that fits together.

What we're here for?
We want to give the cloud-native ecosystem a place to actually get to know itself. The big players win deals because they show up as one front, while the smaller vendors, integrators and projects often don't even know each other exists. If we know each other's strengths, we can team up on the deals and projects that none of us could win alone. That's the whole idea.

Who we want in the room?
Partner managers, alliance leads, founders of cloud-native boutiques and system integrators, project maintainers, developer advocates, community organizers, and anyone who works at the seams between organizations rather than inside just one. You don't need a title to belong here. If you're curious about how the ecosystem actually works behind the scenes, you're welcome.

What happens at each event?
Three orgs take the stage and introduce themselves properly. Not a sales pitch, but an honest look at who they are, what they're good at, and where they see room to work with others in the room. From there we open it up: where could two of them already be collaborating, what would a joint offer look like, who else in the ecosystem should be part of the conversation. The mix on stage changes every time, so over a year you meet a real cross-section of the people building cloud-native in DACH.

Four afternoons a year, three voices each time, open work discussed openly.
