One of the greatest acts of love we can offer—to ourselves and to others—is the gift of true listening.
And yet, so often, we are not really listening.

We are interpreting.
Filtering.
Judging.
Preparing a response.
Hearing through our own fears, expectations, and old stories.

This creates so much confusion within us… and so much disconnection between us.

The heart is always speaking.
But to hear its wisdom, we must learn how to listen beyond the noise of the mind.

Beyond the agenda.
Beyond the judgment.
Beyond the part of us that may be afraid of what the truth will ask of us.

And the same is true in our relationships.
So much conflict does not come from a lack of love, but from the inability to truly hear and be heard.

About This Ceremony
Join Cris and Dr. Madalina for a special Cacao Ceremony Immersive.

In this heart-opening ceremony, we will gather with raw indigenous cacao, known as the Food of the Gods, to soften the mind, open the heart, and explore the sacred practice of listening with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

Together, we will explore what blocks true listening—to ourselves, to our hearts, and to one another—and how to return to the deeper intelligence within.
