As a pd dialysis patient myself, I go through many ups and downs. This session is dedicated to those in End Stage, Dialysis and their care givers.

We will do some Open Heart for Everyone which ends in Open Heart Meditation.

We believe that everybody should live a happy life; our heart-based meditation offers a simple, easy and effective way to use the spiritual heart, helping everyone connect with their hearts and naturally enhance happiness, health and well-being.

Why the Heart?
The Heart we refer to is not the physical, but the spiritual. Everyone has a spiritual Heart, but many of us are not used to connecting with it. We are often so busy with our lives that we never stop and listen to our Heart and let it guide us.

Our spiritual Heart is the center of true happiness, calmness and peacefulness. It is located at the center of our chest and is the key connection to True Source (whom you may refer to as God or our Creator). As True Source Love flows into our Heart, we can feel peace, joy and gratitude naturally and continuously.

We will be utilizing Google Meet for our online meetups. Link given on the day of meeting to those who RSVP. It's ok to share a computer or cellphone. Please be prompt as we cannot let anyone in after a few minutes once started. We will stop about 10 minutes before the hour ends for Q&A.
