Open Heart 4 Everyone, Reiki TUMMO Attunement and Channeling

Join us for Open Heart 4 Everyone, Reiki TUMMO Attunement and Reiki Tummo group channeling by a Natural Way of Living Alumni. You will be guided to be more relaxed and heart centered with an Open Heart guiding (1 hour), then a Reiki TUMMO Attunement to be followed with a 15-20 minute group Reiki Tummo channeling, then Q&A.

Requirements:
Must be a member of the Cheshire Senior Center. Must be aged 55 and older. ID and pre-sign up and their membership fee required at the Cheshire Senior Center. Limited to only 10 people. Free parking. You can reach the center for membership and registration at 203-272-8286.
