Rufus Pollock (http://rufuspollock.org/) has founded Open Knowledge back in 2004 in Cambridge UK. He is an internationally known Open Data Activist and advised several governments on this topic. So it is no wonder, that his first visit (https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/Vienna-Semantic-Web-Meetup/events/12648611/) to Vienna back in 2010 also the kicked-off the founding of the Austrian Open Knowledge chapter. Rufus recently moved into a non-executive position in Open Knowledge, so it seems to be a good time to talk with him about more than 10 years of Open Knowledge and the state of Open Data.
The evening will start with an informal and personal fireside chat, followed by questions from the community. You can ask questions via Twitter (#AskRufus (https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=AskRufus&src=typd)) before and during the event. The evening will be moderated by Stefan Kasberger from Open Knowledge Austria.
