  2. Brief Intro (5 min)
  3. Presence (10 min): Resting in stillness, with eyes open, softly or closed.
  4. Open Q&A (30 min): Spontaneous dialogue on what matters.
  5. Silent Reflection (5 min): Digest what has happened.
  6. Check-out (5 min): Name what touched and express gratitude.

Agreements: Confidentiality; No fixing/advice; Breathe if emotions surge; Self-care: join, mute, camera on/off, pause, or leave as needed.
