### Details

This event is for women in their late 20s to 40s who want a calm winter break from the holiday rush and a chance to reconnect with nature. If you’re looking to step away from mid-December chaos and enjoy a refreshing walk with like-minded ladies, this is for you!

### What we’ll do:

  • Begin at the Moccasin Trail trailhead for a nice forest walk right in the city
  • See the fun rainbow tunnel — a bright spot during the darkest winter month
  • Continue on a 6–9 km route depending on the group and weather
  • Optionally extend the walk into the Charles Sauriol Conservation Area, a peaceful, wooded section that feels far from urban life
  • Enjoy light stops for photos, nature moments, and casual conversation, or peacefull reset - whatever you need
  • If weather becomes too tricky, move indoors to a nearby cozy spot for a warm meal or dessert
  • Expected duration of the walk is about 2 hours, additional time for cafe

### 🚉 Transit & Parking:

  • The Moccasin Trail trailhead is easily reachable by TTC, not far from Don Mills Rd & Lawrence Ave
  • Parking is available by the trailhead
  • This is an out-and-back route, so we will return to the starting point

### 🧣 What to Bring:

  • Winter boots (snow is expected)
  • Warm layers, hat, gloves
  • Water
