Come watch the Oscar Nominated Short Films for 2019 with us. This is a must see for film fans. It is an inspiring and motivating first experience if you have not experienced these presentations before.
There are 3 categories, animation, live action and documentary. They open on Friday the 22nd but no times are posted yet for Playhouse 7. We will update the info here as soon as they post the times.
We will watch both the animated and live action ones in one sitting Friday evening. Then a second screening will be for the documentaries. We strongly recommend you go to one of these in SGV, or on the Westside with OSH or own your own. You will walk out a changed and inspired person.
So save the date. We may add additional ones if there is enough interest. The Oscars are 2 days after this so we will make any additional dates after that.
We will get together before hand. There are plenty of places near the theater. So more info to come. We're telling you, lol...this is a must see event if you love film, want to make shorts or be an actor...
