Let's get this started!

Details
Let's get together along with the group of people already united around https://github.com/opensourcecities/montreal to share some ideas and start interesting open source related discussions :)
The most important thing is to get there and finally meet this amazing group of people and help decide what direction do we want to take with this meetup.
This meetup, we'll have one main talk, by Richard Littauer, one of the organizers, to get things started, titled "NVC over MVC: How to Foster Community in Your Projects". It'll be about this:
> How do you make frustrated users feel welcome? How do you set positive expectations around support? How do you get angry posters to calm down, and contribute back? For me, I find using non-violent communication helps create a better community. I'll talk about tools I use to make open source better.
After this talk (around 20 minutes), we plan to have three lightning talks - five minutes each - about open source project's YOU are working on. If you'd like to talk briefly about your project, GET IN TOUCH!
