This mini-retreat is designed to feel like ceremony—where your body can soften, your nervous system can recalibrate, and your spirit can remember what it means to truly belong to the cycles of nature.
As winter deepens, the body naturally turns inward.
Late winter carries its own kind of quiet — heavier, slower, a little foggy around the edges. In Ayurveda, this is the time when Kapha energy (earth + water) accumulates. It can feel tender and grounding… or stagnant, dull, and hard to shake off.
This is the season when we don’t need pressure or intensity.
We need warmth.
Gentle awakening.
A slow returning to the surface of ourselves.
These Sanctuaries are a soft, restorative mini-retreat, a warm nest where you can melt out of winter heaviness and reawaken your inner spark.
