Menopause by Design - A 6 week in-person group coaching series for women in perimenopause & menopause.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel disorienting—like your body has changed the rules without warning.

Menopause by Design was created to help you feel more informed, supported, and steady during your transition, no matter where in that transition you are.

Each week blends practical education with grounding practices, gentle movement, and group conversation. You’ll learn simple tools for nourishment, fitness, emotional wellbeing, and stress relief so you can work with your changing physiology instead of fighting it.

You’ll also connect with other women navigating similar experiences, building a sense of belonging and hope.

Wendy Sailors (Fitness Coach)
Allison Atteberry, RD LD (Registered Dietitian)
