Join Keith for a Yoga for Recovery - a trauma-informed movement and meditation practice. We start with a strong, grounding yoga sequence followed by a gentle, relaxation practice to nourish and connect to the body. This class is designed to help cultivate our own inner strength and confidence and to recognize and utilize available supports both within and around us to aid in the recovery process.
