This New Years Eve our art meetup will be cancelled but we will combine all the communities of MANIQUI Bar to make one big NYE (language exchange style) party!

If you are new to MANIQUI, we are not just a bar but the home to several wonderful communities based on diversity. Our events are always full of people from every nationality, gender and sexuality. And for this special night we will all come together and be one!

This year we have to be extremely careful with the aforo, but we don't want to charge people for crazy ticket prices like other bars are doing. So to keep things fair we will have a small entry cost of 15 euros before midnight, BUT this will be to pay for your first drinks of the night, plus a tiny bit extra for the bartenders who are giving up their NYE to work and make a wonderful event for us all!

So this will include 3x beers/wines/cavas/softdrinks/vermouths etc. Or two large cubatas (gin tonic, rum cola, etc.).

The entry will be first come first serve, so come early as you can! And please bring cash as we don't have enough credit card machines to use at the entrance!

Signing up on meetup will also be REQUIRED! So sign up fast before it is full or you will not be able to join us :'(

After midnight the bar will be free to enter again without any pre-paid consumption! And the after party will continue here until 5AM!!! So feel free to come later if you like.

Este Nochevieja vamos a unir todas las comunidades de MANIQUI Bar para hacer una gran fiesta de fin de año (estilo intercambio de idiomas).

Si eres nuevo en MANIQUI, no somos solo un bar, sino el hogar de varias comunidades maravillosas basadas en la diversidad. Nuestros eventos siempre están llenos de gente de todas las nacionalidades, géneros y sexualidades. Y para esta noche especial, ¡nos juntaremos todos y seremos uno!

Este año tenemos que ser extremadamente cuidadosos con el aforo, pero no queremos cobrar precios de entrada locos como están haciendo otros bares. Así que, para que sea justo, habrá una pequeña entrada de 15 € antes de medianoche, PERO será para pagar tus primeras copas de la noche, más un pequeño extra para los bartenders, que renuncian a su Nochevieja para trabajar y crear un evento maravilloso para todos.

Esto incluirá 3 cervezas / vinos / cavas / refrescos / vermuts, etc. O dos cubatas grandes (gin tonic, ron cola, etc.).

La entrada será por orden de llegada, así que ven lo antes que puedas. Y por favor trae efectivo, ya que no tenemos suficientes datáfonos para usar en la entrada.

¡Apuntarse en Meetup será OBLIGATORIO! Así que apúntate rápido antes de que se llene o no podrás entrar :'(

Después de medianoche el bar volverá a ser de entrada libre, sin consumición prepagada. ¡Y la after party seguirá aquí hasta las 5:00 AM! Así que si prefieres, puedes venir más tarde.

We would like to invite all poetical minds to get together and socialize while sharing the love for poetry at the Maniqui cocktail bar! Whether you would like to read, write, or just listen, everyone is welcome!
For the first hour we will have some nice drinks, chat about poetry and make some new friends. This is the time for socialising with an amazing community of young, like-minded people coming from various cultural backgrounds!
Then we invite anyone who wants to read their poems (or by other poets) to seize the moment and share something beautiful! Any type of poetry are welcome, from the deeply personal, to the weird and funny!
Feel free to come by alone or with friends, as we keep things very casual, meetup style and you will have no problems joining our group!
Drinks are very cheap and we often also continue having some drinks with our new friends into the night, and the bar is usually open until 1am depending on the number of people.
The event is completely free to join, please just order at least one drink to support the bar!
