Level: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate

This session focuses on “Spike Power Up”.
The goal is to help you become a spiker who can finish points in real matches.

We will train step by step, from basic skills to game situations,
so you can improve not only your power, but also your timing, speed, and decision-making.

🏐 Training Program

  1. Warm-up & Passing (20 min)
    Pepper drills with purpose

This is not just a normal warm-up.
We focus on accurate passing, positioning, and decision-making that lead to better spikes.

You will learn how to move and communicate to “call for a good set”.

  1. Defense / Receive (20 min)
    Floor defense

Before spiking, we start with defense.
Stable digging = better rallies = better spike practice.

We focus on:
• Low defensive posture
• First step reaction
• Reading the attacker

  1. Spike Training (40 min)
    Timing
Not just waiting for the set, but learning how to approach and jump to attack the ball.

Fast attack
Training with quicker sets to improve speed and avoid the block in real games.

Quick & combination plays
Including middle and right side attacks.
From “just hitting” to “attacking with intention”.
