Experience Japanese-style volleyball training focused on fundamentals, precision, and teamwork.

This session combines skill training and game play to help players improve their volleyball while enjoying the game.

We will train step by step, from basic techniques to game situations.

🌼 Training Program

  1. Warm-up & Passing (15 min)

Pepper drills with purpose

This is not just a normal warm-up.

We focus on:
• Accurate passing
• Good positioning
• Decision-making that leads to better attacks

You will learn the fundamentals of passing and efficient body movement.

  1. Defense / Serve Receive (30 min)

Focus on floor defense and ball control.

Training includes:
• Communication with teammates
• Keeping the ball off the floor
• Reading the attacker
• Improving serve receive skills

  1. Spike Training (30 min)

Develop attacking skills with better timing and technique.

Focus on:
• Approach timing
• Learning how to move and jump to attack the ball
• Fast attacks
• Adjusting to quick sets

Move from “just hitting the ball” to attacking with intention.

  1. Game Play

The session finishes with game play.

The game format will depend on the number of participants.

This is the time to apply what you practiced during the training.

○ Who is this for?

This session is for people who have some volleyball experience and want to improve their skills while enjoying volleyball.

⚠ Venue Rules & Important Information

To make sure everyone can enjoy the training safely and comfortably, please follow the rules of the sports hall.

Shoes

Only indoor sports shoes are allowed inside the gym.

Outdoor shoes are not permitted.

Changing & Belongings
• Please use the changing rooms to change clothes.
• Bring your valuables with you into the gym or keep them safe.

We are not responsible for lost items.

Arrival Time
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts.
• Warm-up will begin on time.

Safety
• If you have injuries or physical concerns, please inform the coach in advance.
• Respect other players and train safely.

Attitude & Communication
• Be open, positive, and supportive to other participants.
• This is a learning environment — mistakes are part of the process.

Facility Rules
• No food or drinks (except water) inside the gym.
• Please help keep the gym clean and respect the facility and staff.

⚠️ Because of the gym rules, we must start cleaning up when the bell rings.
Please arrive early so we can start the training on time.
