Talk Abstract: DNS hygiene has become a common issue due to the ephemeral nature of software and systems deployed in the cloud. This can lead to subdomain takeovers that can have a major impact on an organization's security posture. This talk will present issues plaguing AWS DNS management and give a deep dive into methodologies for taking over domains & IPs associated with AWS EC2 instances.

Speaker Bios:
Juan Lopez: Juan is a security engineer with six years of experience in the industry. During this time Juan has worked on developing secure AWS infrastructure, crafting targeted attacks, tracking down adversaries, and red teaming the company's various attack surface areas. His passion and innovative approach to Red Teaming have led to the creation of new tools and experiences including the proof of concept for MasTKO.
Anuj Bhandar: Anuj is a security engineer working with 7+ years of experience in software engineering and offensive security. He is presently leading efforts to build an Automated Emulation Platform to automate testing adversarial TTPs against various attack surfaces. In his own words, he likes to build software that breaks software.
