The Friendly Adversary; Building a collaborative Red Team from the ground up!

Details

As organizations look to take the next step on their journey to a higher level of security maturity, we begin to ask "What kind of Offensive Security engagements do we need?". Red Teaming traditionally focuses on the three pillars of Security Operations: People, Processes, and Technology.

While a pure Red Team program may achieve a higher level of results, utilizing a collaborative approach, such as Purple Teaming, can exponentially increase the impact of your team's efforts.

In this presentation I'll answer these critical questions: What are the keys to success, what are the differences in these programs, and which program might be right for your organization?
