HOW TO ATTEND
This is a hybrid event.
• In-person: Attend at the listed location
• Online: Attend via live video call
Online attendees will receive the meeting link in the event comments
and/or direct message before the event starts.
Both in-person and online attendees must have a demo.
No spectators.

What You’ll Do
• Demo something you built or materially changed this week
• Show it running live (code, system, tool, agent, hardware, etc.)
• Answer a few technical questions

What Counts as a Demo
• A feature that runs
• A bug that’s fixed (show before/after)
• A system that now does something it couldn’t last week
• A measurable improvement you can demonstrate

What Does NOT Count
• Slides or screenshots
• Ideas, roadmaps, or concepts
• Talking about work without showing it

Format
• ~5 minutes per person
• 3 minutes: live demo
• 2 minutes: questions
• Short closing round: what you will ship next week
Total time: ~75 minutes

• Demo required for attendance
• No spectators
• Be concise and respectful
• Failed demos are acceptable if something real was attempted
• No pitching, recruiting, or sales

Demo Submission (Required)
After RSVPing, you must submit:
- One sentence describing what you shipped this week
- How you will demo it live
Attendees without a demo submission may be removed to make room for others.
