The May 30th SmartUps Pub Talk features a little bit of everything for entrepreneurs and start-ups, including:
•A spotlight on local entrepreneur and investor Eimar Boesjes COO & CTO of Moonshadow Mobile, Inc.
•Pat Wilson, CEO of Carrot, a Eugene start-up that allows developers of mobile apps to post stories about interesting things users are doing with their apps to the user’s Facebook page, will deliver an update on his company and discuss their recent funding success.
•Charles Williams, Assistant Vice President for Innovation at the University of Oregon, will lead an interactive discussion on the Regional Accelerator Innovation Network (RAIN). RAIN is a coordinated, collaborative effort, involving the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, local governments, community colleges and non-profit economic development organizations.
