At OpenGate Retreats (www.opengateretreats.co.uk) we believe in the transformative power of yoga, meditation and nature to nourish mind, body and spirit. Our mission is to run high quality - yet affordable - group retreats in beautiful countryside settings to increase and maintain wellness. Our rural locations are near London making them easily accessible. Even just coming for the day will leave you feeling refreshed, nourished and stress-free. All classes are taught by qualified professionals and are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Day retreats include a locally sourced delicious and nutritious vegetarian lunch.

Our day retreat on 9 May is in Bramfield, a small village in rural Hertfordshire with a recorded history stretching back to the Domesday Book. The retreat sessions will be run by Claire Marie Doyle (https://www.instagram.com/clairemariedoyle) a highly skilled instructor. Claire Marie loves intuitively guiding & holding space for others, encouraging self-exploration & trust in the body's innate wisdom. She has a deep passion in helping people discover these powerful life tools for themselves, on their own healing journeys.

SCHEDULE

10.30am - 11am

Arrival and hot drinks

11am - 12.30pm

Creative, fun & dynamic yoga practice including guided Pranayama & Meditation with Claire Marie Doyle. Suitable for all levels. Yoga equipment will be supplied so there is no need to bring anything.

12.30pm - 1.30pm

Vegetarian lunch

Sound Bath. Claire Marie offers unique & powerful sound baths using the most powerful instrument of all - the human voice.

3.45pm - 4pm - Goodbyes

Cost: Early bird discount price of £99 (up to and including 18th April) or £135 (from 19th April).

A 50% refund will be given if cancelled by 25th April 2025 (by emailing info@opengateretreats.co.uk). No refund will be given from 26th April onwards.
