This 6 week in person course is specifically designed for absolute beginners, of all age groups & levels of ability. You will learn The Natural Step Tai Chi Foundation Form an easy to learn sequence of gentle flowing movements that will re-vitalize you, decrease stress while facilitating emotional & physical harmony.
The low impact exercises also increase oxygenation on a cellular level, massage all the internal organs & strengthen the muscular skeletal system for better balance & mobility.
The course will be taught by Colin Snow, founder & principal instructor of Natural Step School of Tai Chi with 40 years experience teaching in Europe & the USA.
We start Monday April 22nd
then April 29 and May 6/13/20/27 ~ 10:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m
Venue : The beautiful St Paul's church on Lake of the Isles
