OpenJoyy inspires people with conscious ideas.

Currently, the organiser (Thomas) hosts a webinar at 7am-8am each morning called Good Vibrancy.

Good Vibrancy is a blessing for mind-body wellness, emotional balance and self-love - make your mornings sacred!

There are 4 parts:

  • Active Sensation (15-min) - grounding for mind-body-nature connection
  • Expression Play (15-min) - creatively express your heart's pent-up feelings (safely in private)
  • Attentive Release (15-min) - let your mind's mind's "noise" settle and rest on the "signal"
  • Gift Mentality (15-min) - develop an abundant mindset to straight-forwardly seize the day

In 2026 I am planning to offer regular group coaching sessions for common challenges and goals and am currently in the process of developing a program.
