Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - guided secular meditation, 2 periods 20 minute each, with some Q&A about meditation.
Cushions and chairs are available, you are also welcome come to bring your own.
No fee, meditations are lead by rotating volunteer instructors of meditation.
No need to RSVP, just show up.
