Hone your civic hacking skills

Celebrate Open Data Day 2018! Learn more about civic hacking in Seattle and get started on a project with Seattle PyLadies and Open Seattle. We'll kick things off with a round of lightening talks on using the City of Seattle's data portal, civic hacking best practices, an intro to Jupyter notebooks, and working with datasets on LiveStories. Then, we'll split into group to explore datasets and pitch projects. We'll end the afternoon by heading across the street to Brave Horse Tavern for happy hour.
