"HyperShift aka Hosted Control Plane" and "Full Lifecycle Container Security"

Details

For the TL;DR, come at 18:30, have a slice of pizza, sit in on the talks and join the discussions afterwards

Agenda:

18:30 - Snacks and Drinks

19:00 - "Introduction in HyperShift aka Hosted Control Plane (HCP)" by Robert Bohne, Principal Specialist Solution Architect at Red Hat

HyperShift is a middleware for hosting OpenShift control planes at scale that solves for cost and time to provision, as well as portability cross cloud with strong separation of concerns between management and workloads. Clusters are fully compliant OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters and are compatible with standard OCP and Kubernetes toolchains.

19:45 - Short break

20:00 - "Full Lifecycle Container Security – Protecting your Kubernetes workloads everywhere" by Dieter Reuter (technical talk), EMEA Senior Solutions Architect and Gabriel Ferraz Stein (demo), Presales Engineer, at NeuVector, now part of SUSE

In this session, we will show you how to protect Kubernetes workloads whatever Kubernetes distribution is being used: On-Prem, Cloud, OpenShift or Rancher.

20:45 - Final questions
