Sinisa Perkovic
With over 16 years of experience across Asia in Recruitment, Sales Training, and AI Adoption, Sinisa Perkovic is a Recruitment Market Technologist and Specialist at 8 Figure Recruiter (8FR), based in Hong Kong.
Originally from Amsterdam and a recruiter since 2010, Sinisa now leads recruitment and AI projects partnering with TA leaders, Recruitment Agency MDs, and (first-time) Team Leads to make sense of Hong Kong’s fast-evolving recruitment landscape.
His training and consulting work focuses on helping Recruiters & TAs overcome structural problems, scale AI adoption, and build resilient, high-performing teams. While at the same time increasing standards across Asia’s recruitment landscape.

Li Zheng 布哥
Former Senior R&D Engineer in the software industry and Senior R&D Engineer in the healthcare industry; Dify Core Contributor; a developer with 10 years of hands-on coding experience. Currently responsible for the evolution and development of the Dify open-source ecosystem. Believes that the world of computing has never been cold and impersonal, firmly believes that open source brings light to software engineering, and is committed to promoting the engineering and real-world adoption of AI agent applications.
