OpenStack Meetup - What's new in Mitaka?

AT&T has graciously offered to host us again this month! This meeting we'll be looking at the latest changes in the Mitaka release of OpenStack. Our talk will cover changes in project governance as well as the new technical capabilities. We'll also bring a demo environment in case we want to explore some of them.
