We are OpenStreetMap (OSM) Ireland, with members from across the island. We have been an official OSM local chapter since 2019.
OpenStreetMap is like the Wikipedia of maps. It is created by contributors from around the world, with the main page visible at: https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=7/53.373/-8.547
We promote the use of and contributing to OSM across the island of Ireland. We run events to spread the word, and help promote the community.

For the February Map 'n Chat we will be focusing on the village of Lusk in Co. Dublin. The Bing imagery is very good so keep an eye out for thatched houses to tag them appropriately.
