Missing Maps, September

Been following the news coverage of Hurricane Irma, the 8.2 magnitude earthquake in southern Mexico, or the floods in Bangladesh and wondering what you can do? Here's your chance to help!

The Red Cross uses OpenStreetMap to provide help to people affected by natural disasters -- including the ones listed above! Please join us to find out how you can save lives halfway around the world with mapping on your laptop, volunteering an hour of your time. No previous experience required!

We’ll do a quick tutorial and get you going. All you need to bring is a laptop (though a charger and mouse are also suggested). We'll be at the Northeast Library (near the Ravenna neighborhood) once again.
